Straight answers
EOS and KPI questions, answered straight
Twenty questions people ask about EOS®, what it costs, who implements it, and how the numbers work. No answer here is longer than it needs to be, and none of them end in a sales call.
01
About EOS
EOS packages the running of a company into a small, fixed set of documents and one recurring meeting, then asks a leadership team to use them without variation for long enough that the habits hold. Nothing in it is novel on its own. The discipline comes from the fact that the toolkit does not bend to suit the quarter.
02
Cost
Implementers bill per full-day session rather than by retainer, so the cost of EOS is mostly a question of how many days you buy. A standard first year is eight of them. Tier drives the rate more than anything else does, and nobody publishes these numbers, which is why we do.
03
Implementers and Integrators
Implementers are independent business owners certified by EOS Worldwide to teach and facilitate the system. They are not your Integrator™. The Integrator is an internal seat, held by someone who runs the company week to week, and some companies rent that seat part-time before they hire for it.
04
KPIs and Scorecards
The data component of EOS is a weekly Scorecard: five to fifteen numbers, one owner per row, reviewed at the top of the leadership meeting. Most of those numbers should be leading indicators, because a number you can still change this week is worth more than a number that reports last quarter.

This site
We publish what EOS Worldwide and its software partners will not: session fees, comparisons and, soon, implementer reviews. We are independent of all of them. The money side is simple, so here it is in full, along with what happens to anything you send us through a form.

Send it over. If it's a good one it ends up on this page, and either way a person who has read the books writes back, usually the same day.
A person reads every one.
