Terms of use

The rules for using this site: what the content is, what it is not, and what we are and are not responsible for.

Last updated 27 August 2026. These terms cover keyperformanceindicators.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the site is free to leave.

What this site is

We publish research and explanations about EOS® and about the numbers companies use to run themselves. It is general information written for a general audience.

It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or professional advice, and reading it does not make us your adviser. Your business has details we know nothing about. Before you act on anything here that carries money or legal consequences, ask somebody who is qualified and who knows your situation.

We work hard to be accurate and to cite where numbers come from. We still get things wrong, sources go out of date, and prices move. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

We are independent

keyperformanceindicators.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any partnership with EOS Worldwide, LLC. Nobody at EOS Worldwide reviews or approves what we publish. We are not implementers and we do not run sessions.

Trademarks belonging to EOS Worldwide and to other companies are used here to describe the things they name. See our trademarks page for the detail.

Links to other sites

We link out constantly, to implementers, software, books, research and official sources. Those sites are run by other people. We do not control what is on them, what they do with your data, or what they charge, and a link is not a guarantee that we agree with everything on the other end. Once you follow a link, that site's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

Affiliate links and money

Some links on this site earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Every one of them is disclosed on the page where it appears and explained in full on our disclosure page. Commission never decides what we recommend or how anything is ordered.

The directory and reviews

We are building a directory of EOS implementers and coaches, with reviews from the people who worked with them. It is not live yet. When it is, these rules apply.

  • A listing is a listing, not an endorsement. We do not vouch for anyone's work, and hiring somebody you found here is a decision between you and them.
  • Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We moderate them under our review policy, but we do not verify every claim inside a review.
  • We can remove or refuse any listing, review or other submission, for any reason, without owing anyone an explanation. In practice we remove things that are fake, defamatory, off-topic or abusive.
  • Anything you submit, you promise is yours to submit, is honest, and does not break the law. By posting it you give us permission to publish, edit for length and clarity, and keep it on the site.

Using the site sensibly

Do not attack the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, submit false enquiries, impersonate somebody, or republish whole pages as your own. Our words, charts and page designs belong to us; quote us with a link and we are happy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every figure is current, or that following anything described here will produce a particular result in your company. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

What we are liable for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for losses arising from your dealings with an implementer, vendor or other third party you found through this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to 100 US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We update these terms as the site grows, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
