Whose names these are, why we are allowed to use them, and why nothing on this site is endorsed by the company that owns them.

Last updated 27 August 2026. The names belong to EOS Worldwide, LLC. We are not connected to that company in any way, and we use its marks the way a book reviewer uses the title of a book.

Whose marks these are

EOS® and Entrepreneurial Operating System® are registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC. So are the names of the tools and stages we write about across this site, including:

  • EOS Process®, Focus Day® and Vision Building®
  • V/TO® and the Vision/Traction Organizer
  • Six Key Components™ and the EOS Model®
  • Accountability Chart™, Level 10 Meeting™ and IDS®
  • People Analyzer® and GWC™
  • Core Focus™, 10-Year Target™ and 3-Year Picture™
  • Delegate and Elevate™, Clarity Break™, Quarterly Conversation™ and the Three-Step Process Documenter™
  • Rocket Fuel®, The EOS Life®, Visionary™ and Integrator™
  • Professional EOS Implementer®, and the Certified and Expert designations
  • EOS One™, the software published by EOS Worldwide

Book titles are a different thing and we treat them as one. Traction and Get A Grip are the titles of books by Gino Wickman and his co-authors, and we name them the way anybody names a book they are recommending.

Other names on this site belong to their own owners. Ninety.io, Success.co, Amazon and every other company we mention own their names, and we claim nothing over any of them.

Why we use them

You cannot write a useful page about a system without naming it. We use these marks descriptively, to identify the thing being discussed and to help you find accurate information about it. That is nominative fair use, and it is the same basis on which a magazine can review a car by its model name.

We do not use them as our own brand. We do not put them in our logo, our domain, our page titles as though they were ours, or our marketing as though we were licensed. We do not sell anything under them and we do not run sessions.

We are not affiliated

keyperformanceindicators.com is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, licensed by, or in any partnership or franchise relationship with EOS Worldwide, LLC. Nobody there reviews our pages before we publish them, and nobody there pays us.

Being independent is the point. It is why we can publish what implementer fees actually are, and why we can tell a reader that the system is a poor fit for their company when it is.

How we mark these terms

We attach the registered or unregistered symbol to a mark the first time it appears on a page, and leave later mentions clean so the writing stays readable. That is the standard convention and it does not mean the later mentions are any less owned by their owner.

Where a page is mostly about the system, we also carry a short independence note near the top so nobody can arrive halfway down and mistake us for an official source.

If you own one of these marks

If you represent EOS Worldwide or any other owner and you think we have used a mark wrongly, misdescribed a tool, or written something that could imply an endorsement we do not have, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and the wording. We will look at it quickly and correct anything we got wrong, because being accurate about this is in our interest as much as yours.
