Build a starting Scorecard in five minutes

Answer four quick questions about your company and get 5 to 15 weekly measurables with an owner seat, a cadence and a starting goal, drawn from the same library that runs our EOS® Scorecard guide. Nothing is emailed anywhere unless you ask for a copy.

How the picks get made

Pick your industry, the departments in the room, roughly how many people you employ and what hurts most right now. The builder pulls weekly-heavy measurables from our department library, keeps leading numbers ahead of lagging ones, and floats anything tied to the pain you flagged to the top of the list. Edit any row, drop what does not fit, then copy the table as a CSV.

Running it for the first four weeks

The rows this tool hands you are a draft, not a finished Scorecard. What decides whether it sticks is what your team does with it across the first month: who owns each number, whether the goal is honest, and whether a hard-to-collect row gets fixed or quietly dropped.

Week one, hand every row to a real owner and set the goal at a number the team already believes it can hit this month. A soft target teaches the group the Scorecard is decoration; an impossible one does the same thing from the other direction.

Weeks two and three are for collection, not judgment. Some rows will be hard to pull inside five minutes. If a number takes an hour to gather, either automate the pull or swap in a proxy that is close enough and actually gets collected.

By week four you should know which rows earn their place. Cut anything nobody looks at when it goes red, and add a row only after the team has agreed what it would do differently on a bad week.

Send us the rows you built, or the ones you are stuck on, and we will point out the lagging numbers that snuck in and the departments you have not covered yet.
