Certified EOS Implementer
A Certified EOS Implementer holds the middle of the three tiers, reached by keeping a full roster of client teams and running sessions all year. EOS® Worldwide looks for something like ten active clients and forty-eight sessions in twelve months. It is where most working implementers sit, and no day rate is published at this level.
01
Where the Certified EOS Implementer tier sits
EOS Worldwide grades its implementers on client count and sessions delivered, not on tenure, and it publishes the tier on every listing. The middle tier runs the same process as the tiers either side of it. What you are buying at this level is somebody who has already watched your particular argument happen in another company.
This tier is the default choice and usually the right one, but the number to ask about is not the tier. Nobody publishes a fee here, so our cost page models it as the midpoint between the two rates that are reported, and treats that as an estimate rather than a quote. When you call somebody, ask how many clients they serve now and how many have stayed past two years.
Worked example: A construction company asked two candidates from this tier the same question about client retention. One had eleven active clients and had lost four in three years. The other had seven, had lost none in five, and volunteered that two of the seven had paused for a quarter. The second answer was the more useful one.

Not sure which of these you actually need?
Tell us what the leadership team is arguing about. A person replies within one business day with a straight answer, whether that is a book, a tool or an implementer.
A person reads every one.
