Professional EOS Implementer®

A Professional EOS Implementer has completed EOS® Worldwide's training and is licensed to run the sessions, the first of three recognized tiers. Newly qualified rather than inexperienced, since most come from running companies. Reported 2026 rates sit around four thousand five hundred dollars a session day.

Where the Professional EOS Implementer tier sits

The tier reflects how many clients somebody carries and how many sessions they have run. It says nothing about the part that matters. All three tiers are listed on the public directory. A Professional runs exactly the same sequence as the tiers above: the free overview, a Focus Day®, two Vision Building® days, then quarterlies.

Tier is a weak predictor of fit and a strong predictor of price. Somebody at this level who spent twenty years running a company in your industry will usually be more useful than a top-tier facilitator who has not, and the difference in day rate works out at sixteen thousand eight hundred dollars across a first year of eight sessions.

Worked example: A twenty-two-person engineering firm interviewed three people. The most senior had run more than two hundred sessions and asked good questions about the growth plan. The one at the entry tier had spent eleven years as an operations director in the same sector and asked about their estimating process. They hired him and stayed four years.
