EOS Implementer®
An EOS Implementer is a facilitator who runs the sessions, teaches the tools and holds a leadership team to the process, working as an outsider. The job is to run the room rather than to arrive with answers. A good one will not write your strategy, and spends most of the day asking the question everybody is avoiding.
01
What an EOS Implementer actually does
EOS® Worldwide certifies implementers in three tiers and lists them publicly. One runs the ninety-minute overview free, then the Focus Day®, both Vision Building® days and every quarterly and annual session for eighteen to twenty-four months. Between sessions they are on the phone, and the good ones use it to ask whether the weekly meeting still happens.
You are paying for a neutral person who can say the thing an employee cannot. Most leadership teams could learn the tools from the books. What they cannot do is referee their own argument about whether the founder's brother should keep his seat, and that is the actual product. It is worth testing for on the first call.
Worked example: A family-owned distributor spent two years self-implementing with decent results and one unresolved issue about the second-generation sales lead. It came up at every quarterly and was closed every time without a decision. Somebody hired for a single annual session put it on the board in the first hour and would not let the room move on.

Professional EOS Implementer®
A Professional EOS Implementer has completed EOS Worldwide's training and is licensed to run the sessions, the first of three recognized tiers.
02Certified EOS Implementer
A Certified EOS Implementer holds the middle of the three tiers, reached by keeping a full roster of client teams and running sessions all year.
03Expert EOS Implementer
An Expert EOS Implementer holds the top tier EOS Worldwide awards, reached at somewhere around five hundred session days delivered to client teams.
04Self-implementing
Self-implementing means running EOS from the books and free worksheets, without hiring a facilitator, for a few hundred dollars and a lot of discipline.
Start with a real question
Not sure which of these you actually need?
Tell us what the leadership team is arguing about. A person replies within one business day with a straight answer, whether that is a book, a tool or an implementer.
A person reads every one.
