EOS One™
EOS One is EOS® Worldwide's own software for running the tools, holding the V/TO®, the Accountability Chart™, the Scorecard and the weekly agenda. Because it comes from the owner of the system it tracks the official tools exactly, without the extra frameworks the independent products have added over the years.
01
How EOS One fits alongside the other tools
Software is optional in year one, and plenty of teams run the whole system on a shared spreadsheet and a recurring calendar invite. What a product adds is that the Scorecard updates itself and nobody arrives at the meeting holding a different version of the V/TO. It competes with Ninety, Success.co, Bloom Growth and Strety.
Buying software early is the most common way to feel productive without changing anything. The Scorecard is the tool that benefits most, and only once the numbers have stopped being collected by hand. Before that a spreadsheet is faster to change, which matters a great deal while the rows are still wrong.
Worked example: A forty-person firm moved off spreadsheets in its fourth quarter, once the Scorecard had settled at nine rows and three of the numbers could be pulled from the accounting system automatically. Doing it in quarter one would have locked in the eleven rows they later dropped, and the setup work would have been done twice.

Scorecard
A Scorecard is a weekly table of five to fifteen numbers that tells a leadership team whether the business is on track, one owner and one goal per row.
02V/TO
The V/TO, short for Vision/Traction Organizer, is a two-page form answering eight questions about where a company is going and what it will do next.
03Level 10 Meeting™
The Level 10 Meeting is a ninety-minute weekly leadership meeting that runs the same agenda every week and ends on the hour.
04KPIs and EOS: build a Scorecard that predicts results
Where KPIs fit inside EOS: the weekly Scorecard, 5 to 15 measurables, one owner each, and a simple picker to draft yours by industry in a few minutes.
Start with a real question
Not sure which of these you actually need?
Tell us what the leadership team is arguing about. A person replies within one business day with a straight answer, whether that is a book, a tool or an implementer.
A person reads every one.
